Friends of the Fourth
District:
As our families gather to celebrate the Holidays, my family and I
want to extend our best wishes for a Healthy, Joyful and Peaceful
Holiday Season.
Here in Los Angeles County, we have much to be thankful for as 2006
draws to a close. While we continue to face many challenges, we also
continue to work together to improve the quality of life in our
communities and for future generations.
This Holiday Season we must also remember our men and women of the
Armed Forces – who are battling for freedom against tyranny,
oppression and terrorism far from home and families of their own. To
our thousands of fighting men and women serving overseas, know that
your country is grateful for your service and sacrifice. You are
each in our hearts and in our prayers.
From my family to yours, however you may celebrate the Holidays; we
offer you our very best wishes for a Safe, Peaceful and Healthy
Holiday Season and a most prosperous New Year. May God Bless each of
you and may God continue to Bless the United States of America.
