Presentation Supervisors Knabe and Antonovich welcome 18 Members of the Taipei County English Teachers' Training Group to Los Angeles County

OCTOBER 2, 2008 - CSULB Check Presentation

Knabe entered into a partnership with the City of Long Beach and California State University, Long Beach to complete an LED Street Lighting Project. Supervisor Knabe agreed to contribute one-third of the funds necessary to complete the project that will help improve the safety conditions on the University's frontage roads.

OCTOBER 1, 2008 - Youth Trauma Conference

Supervisor Knabe sponsored a one-day conference for mental health professionals, probation officers, community workers, school administrators and teachers that examined how trauma and violence shapes the behaviors of young people, particularly those engaged in delinquent behavior and under the supervision of the Probation Department.
