SEPTEMBER 29, 2008 - KIDS Clinic Expansion Ribbon Cutting

Supervisor Knabe cuts the ribbon at the highly anticipated expansion of the Kids in the Dependency System (KIDS) Clinic, located at Harbor-UCLA hospital. The KIDS Clinic is operated by the Department of Health Services, in close coordination with the Department of Children and Family Services. It is one of five "Medical Hubs" in the County, which provides mental health, forensic and medical screenings for children who are under the care of DCFS or at risk of entering the foster care system.
