Supervisor Don Knabe honored Palos Verdes High School student, Ryan Low at today’s Board of Supervisors meeting. In 2010, Ryan was sponsored by American Legion Post 184 in Redondo Beach as a Boys State Representative from Palos Verdes High School. At the Boys State gathering in 2010, Ryan was one of two State Representatives elected by his peers to represent the State of California at Boys Nation.
